How long does an assessment take?

It depends on facility size. A small commercial space can be completed in a single day. Larger facilities or multi-building campuses are scoped individually. We’ll give you a time estimate before we begin.

What do I receive at the end?

A complete asset report organized by room and system, a CSV export compatible with your CMMS platform, and barcode labels physically applied to every documented asset.

Do you work with IBM Maximo?

Our deliverables are exported in structured CSV format designed for straightforward import into Maximo and equivalent platforms. Your internal team or IT provider handles the import — we deliver the data clean and ready.

Are you available outside of San Diego?

Yes. We are available for deployment throughout the United States and internationally.
