Nerdtrac was founded on a simple observation: most facilities don’t actually know what they own.

After years of executing large-scale asset tracking programs across DoD installations, Amazon fulfillment centers, major retail chains, and hospital campuses, founder Michael Carty built Nerdtrac to make that same process accessible to facilities that don’t have enterprise procurement budgets — but still have real equipment, real liability, and real need for accurate records.

Every Nerdtrac engagement is led personally by Michael. There’s no handoff to a junior technician. The person who shows up to your facility is the same person who built the system, wrote the software, and has done this work at scale.
